Meet Our New President & CEO

Worth Credit Union, formerly Fort Worth Community Credit Union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Massey as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 6, 2026.

Mr. Massey brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of driving strategic growth, advancing technology initiatives, and enhancing product offerings to better serve members. His depth of experience and forward-thinking leadership style position him well to guide Worth Credit Union into its next chapter.

He joins Worth Credit Union following his role as President, Holdings at TDECU, where he led mergers and acquisitions efforts and spearheaded key business transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Mr. Massey has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and member-focused solutions—core values that align closely with Worth CU’s mission.

As President and CEO, Mr. Massey will focus on strengthening member relationships, expanding services, and continuing to position Worth CU as a trusted financial partner for individuals and families across the region.
